Laurey Perez Biography

Laurey is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and has been working in the Real Estate industry for the past several years.  Originally from Southern New Jersey, Laurey relocated with her family to Virginia Beach in 2000 after several military moves to Texas, Hawaii, and Florida.  Since beginning her 2nd career as a Real Estate Broker (her first as a Counselor/Therapist), Laurey has been actively involved in the Real Estate community sitting on various councils and committees such as the Hampton Roads Realtor Association's Government Affairs, Realtor/Lawyer and YPN committees.

 Laurey is passionate about helping others reach their real estate goals.  Whether it's her client's desire to buy their first or their hundredth home, Laurey works tirelessly to help her client's achieve their goal. Laurey's vast experience in the Real Estate Industry has reinforced her understanding of the home buying and selling process and how challenging it can be.  Her years of experience in Hampton Roads has provided her the local knowledge to help anyone find the right home.  Laurey works diligently for her seller clients to provide them with the most current market analysis and data to adequately price and market their home to get it sold in the seller's time frame.  Between Laurey's cutting edge marketing techniques and extensive network of local and national Realtors, she is able to provide the MOST comprehensive exposure for her clients property.

Laurey currently lives in the Kempsville section of Virginia Beach which local's often term the Best Kept Secret in Virginia Beach with her two teenage children, 2 attack cats (or so they think) and the love of her life.
