 The management team at Exit Realty Professionals is proud to  welcome Laurey  Perez to our team of professional Realtors®. Laurey  has been a licensed agent  for the past 6 years. She is also licensed  broker in the state of  Virginia. Originally from Southern New Jersey,  Laurey relocated with her  family to Virginia Beach in the year 2000  after several military moves to Texas,  Hawaii, and Florida.  Since  beginning her 2nd career as a Real Estate  Broker (her first as a  Counselor/Therapist), Laurey has been actively  involved in the Real  Estate community sitting on various councils and  committees such as the Hampton Roads Realtor Association's Government  Affairs, Realtor/Lawyer and YPN committees. Laurey spent over 20 years being a therapist and knows how to consult with her clients through the entire real estate transaction. Laurey is a very dedicated professional that has the local knowledge needed to guide you when moving into the hampton roads area.
