 Rob Waring broker associate has joined Exit Realty Professionals and brings decades of  experience and results. As a proven manager, trainer and leader Rob will be a huge asset  to our firm. When asked why he chose Exit Realty Professionals Rob said "I wanted to be a part of a professional organization that was very tech savvy and forward thinking". Rob came to Exit Realty from Prudential Towne Realty after a career as a residential agent, he has over the years become more involved in the areas of commercial, development, and investment  properties. Mr. Waring, who studied Urban and Regional Planning at Virginia Tech, has  worked with commercial clients as varied as Merry Maids and defense contractor ICI  Services. Mr. Waring has been involved in the  restaurant business and manages his own portfolio of investment properties. Mr. Waring  has served on numerous committees at both the Hampton Roads Realtor’s Association and the Real Estate Information Network. He most recently sat on the HRRAPAC board and is a member of the Government Affairs and Realtor/Lawyer committees at HRRA and is involved with the Young Professionals Network in Hampton Roads.
