
Leo Sutton Biography
Leo Sutton has been an active real estate investor for over 30 years. After working for 20 years as an engineer with an international company, Leo Sutton decided to pursue his passion for real investment full time. He has owned and managed apartment complexes, industrial, office and retail properties throughout Hampton Roads and parts of North Carolina. In 2000, Mr. Sutton founded a property management company which has employed various skilled professionals, maintenance, management, and administrative personnel. He has served as an Advisory Board Member of the Old Dominion University Center for Real Estate and Economic Development (CREED). His hands-on experience in purchasing, selling, renovating and managing commercial real estate makes him uniquely qualified to understand and anticipate the needs and desires of buyers and sellers in this market environment. Mr. Sutton has developed extensive negotiation skills and is particularly adept at writing and negotiating contracts and leases. Prior to joining Exit Realty Professioanls Commercial and Special Markets, Mr. Sutton was a licensed commercial agent for another firm. His hobbies include traveling, cruises, gaming, meeting new people, reading and spending time with his family.
